Newsletter (November 12, 2024)

Welcome to November!

I know it’s been a tough few weeks for our American friends and our work has never been more important. We have another bumper addition with plenty of opportunities ahead to enact the MayDay Group Action Ideals.

Many of our members have been involved in recently published books. I would like to draw your attention to two such titles: SAGE Handbook of School Music Education, edited by José Luis Aróstegui, Catharina Christopherson; Jeananne Nichols, and Koji Matsunobu; and Thinking Community Music by Lee Higgins. Congratulations to all involved!

Do you have a conference, call, book, or position you would like shared through the MayDay Newsletter? If so, please send all pertinent information to thomas.fienberg@sydney.edu.au

Sincerely,

Thomas Fienberg, PhD
