There are several upcoming conferences that may be of interest to MDG members: Diversifying Music Academia: Building the Coalition, Desert Skies Symposium, International Symposium on the Philosophy of Music Education (ISPME), Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA), and Music, Mediation, and Disability. The Assessment Special Research Interest Group (SRIG) of NAfME is now accepting nominations for the new chair-elect position.
